For those who register to the School of Cardiac Diagnostics through the form on our website, the Operator collects the following personal data: First name, Last name, Specialist, Email address, Telephone, Home address, Employer, Department, Payer's name, Payer's address and Payer's VAT ID, plus the type of device and IP address from which the user has send this data.
The User is responsible that all data provided is true and accurate. The Operator is not responsible for the consequences of untrue data.
Personal data retention time
The Operator keeps your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose of sending the content to which you have signed up or ordered. In the event that you no longer wish to receive our content and unsubscribe from it, or in the event that you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for this purpose, we will block your data and will no longer use your data for this purpose.
